Washington. April 28. President Roosevelt has nominated Rear-Admiral Robert. Ghormley to he vice-admiral. Rear-Admiral Ghormley is expected to command the naval forces in New Zealand waters. Mr Roosevelt has decorated ViceAdn. -al Wilson Brown with Ihe Dis ,: nguished Service Medal for exceponally meritorious ••• • ice in duly of meat responsibility in the Pacific in February and March.
