VACANCIES TO BE FILLED Because a great many of the students , selected to enter Training College this 1 year have been called- up for Arrn.v service there are now a number of vacancies at the College, and further candidates will be admitted. Education Boards have now' been authorised lo admit immediately selected students 1 who passed the University Entrance Examination at the end of last yea.'. 1 provided they have reached the age of 17 years. This was staled at yesterday’s meelng of the Nelson Education ■ Board.
