OBITUARY: MRS R. G. THOMSON News of the untimely death of Mrs i Reginald G. Thorrfson. of Murchison. I came as a great shock to her many i friends there and in Nelson. The late Mis Thomson, who was a descendant j of an old Murchison family, was a very popular member of the community. She ! had taken a prominent part in many l local activities, including patriotic J j \v« -rk, and was a leading member of the 1 •Women's Division of the Farmers' Union. Her services were always i willingly given when help was re j ! quired for any worthy objects. Widespread sympathy lias been extended t' i j the bereaved families.
