MORRINSVILLE FIRE
BUILDING AND TALLOW LOST Morrinsville, Feb. 1 A fire at the boiling-down works of Dendy and Wilkins. Limited. Kurunui road. Morrinsville, destroyed the building. while part of a ne&rby piggery was also destroyed. Tremendous heat made efforts to extinguish the blaze almost impossible, but a bucket brigade accomplished good work in saving portion of the piggery. A large quantity of tallow was destroyed.—P.A.
