CIVILIAN MOBILISATION
PREPARATIONS IN BULGARIA London, Jan. 24. i The Swiss radio says that the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Professor FilolT. in announcing the beginning of civilian mobilisation, declared that Bulgaria must be ready to participate in the common struggle. Budapest radio quotes a Rumanian ne.vspaper, which complains of German domination. The paper described the war as one on two fronts, against Russia, and against the usurpers on the home front. “Our country is being purged of Jews,” it said. "Other foreign elements are taking key places in our economic life. In view of their boldness. they may be considered more dangerous than the Jews,” the paper savs —U.P.A.
