REMOVED EASTWARDS
DISMANTLED RUSSIAN FACTORIES London, Nov. 18. The British and American members of the party which travelled in Russia with the British Director-General of Information, Sir Walter Monckton, are unanimous concerning the stubbornness of the Russian resolve to beat the Germans, says the Cairo correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph.” They saw train after train travelling eastward, carrying dismantled factories. The first truck contained machinery; then came the steelwork, and even the brickwork of the factory. Finally came the workers, with their families and furniture, all cheerful and undismayed.—U.P.A.
