R A.F. bombers successfully at ) tacked store dumps and motor transport workshops at Dcrnadur- ’ ing Tuesday night. Fires and explosions followed the raids. At s Berka where ordnance stores were 2 bombed, explosions took place and l one fire which broke out was seen a r hundred miles from the target. Other raids were made on objec--3 tives at a wadi at Schemra, trans--5 port and stores at Gazala, south of the landing ground and on enemy road communications in 1 Libya. ? Considerable damage was caused in a • raid on the aerodrome at Melfaha. c Tripoli, yesterday. Direct hits were obtained on hangars, workshops and j aircraft on the ground, as well as j vehicles on the neighbouring roads, which were machine-gunned. In Sicily, the aerodrome at Gelat was j attacked. One CR42 was destroyed on 1 the ground and others severely dam- ; aged. One Junkers 67 encountered - over the aerodrome was shot down. Four of our aircraft are missing—--8.0. W. NAPLES RAIDED (Rec. 11 a.m.) 2 London, Nov. 13. A Rome message states that the R A.F. again raided Naples last night. —U.P.A.
