NEW APPOINTMENT LIKELY 'Rev.. 10.30 a.m.) Batavia, Oct. 28. j II is reliably learned that the Japanese Government may soon recall Mr Isfiizawa, the present Japanese ConsulGeneral. and replace him by Mr Shunsuke Asada. who is at present Japanese Consul-General at Bangkok. He is a well known troublemaker. Reliable sources are of the opinion that such lan appointment would not be greeted enthusiastically here and might indicate that the Japanese Government is j iooking for new incidents —U.P.A.
