O Lord, we beseech Thee, raise up | a generation of men and women steeled to stand in the evil day, tenaciously | and defiantly faithful in their unity in , the Kingdom of God, and having done | all. still to stand, though faced with ! failure and a cross. Guard them and • sustain them with Thy love in the! hour of trial. May the Risen Christ) enter and abide with them, bringing j the joy which no man can take from i them. Review their trust in Thy power to turn defeat into victory, and : build them into a body able to show forth among the nations the faith that is the conquest which conquers the j world; through Him Who liveth and reigneth with Thee and the Holy Spirit. ). one God, world without end.
