STRUCK BY CAR

CHILI) DIES FROM INJURIES The death occurred in the Nelson Public Hospital yesterday of James David Burton, aged four years, son of Mr and Mrs C. Burton. Lower Hutt, is the result of head injuries received when he was struck by a car on Haven road on Wednesday afternoon. An inquest was opened before the Coroner. Mr T. E. Maunsell. S. M.. this morning when evidence of identification was given by the child's grandfather. Mr J. W A. Pegg. Haven road, with whom lie was staying. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
