SPRING IN OUR GARDEN

(Original) All the pretty flowers are out. because Spring is here. Our tulips are not beginning to bloom yet, though, but all the blossom on the trees is showing. The Spring also brings the little lambs which frolic about in the warm sunshine. The gooseberries have green leaves, and little red flowers. Last year wc ate ever so many gooseberries, and Uncle helped us when he was up here. The apple tree has not got its flowers yet, but I think they are white because I can see little white buds. Barbara Hollis (8 years). Foxhill.
