TWO FAMILIES KILLED

BRITISH STEAMER TORPEDOED TEN CHILDREN AMONG VICTIMS London, Oct. 14. The British United Press correspondent at Oporto, Portugal, reports that 15 members of two British families from Oporto, including 10 children, were among those killed when an Eng-land-bound British steamer was torpedoed several days ago. All the steamer's passengers perished. The victims included Mr James Cassel, a member of a British firm in Oporto, and his wife and three children. and also Mr Eric Bertrey, an employee of a British firm in Oporto, and his wife, seven children and father-in-law.
