Controller of the Emergency Precautions Scheme Organisation of the City of Nelson, do hereby give public notice and order that a blackout trial of all lights, other than those specifically exempted by the Regulations, throughout the City of Nelson, will be held between 9.30 o’clock p.m. and 10.00 o'clock p.m. on Sunday 19th I day of October. 1941, and during that period, and for the purposes of the | trial, the conditions of a “period of emergency” will apply.
