FAILURE TO REPORT C HARGE AGAINST HORSE TRAINER Palmerston N., This Day, Noel Steven Voitre. a horse trainer, v as sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment by Mr La wry. S.M., on the charge of failing to report under the National Service Regulations. An army witness said that defendant was ordered to proceed to camp on three occasions. but failed to do so. He had been bragging that he would not even be dragged to camp.—P.A.
