FERTILISER RATIONING HOW TO OBTAIN SUPPLIES Dealers in fertiliser notify Nelson farmers that, under Government regu- ' lations. merchants may not now supply farmers with any phosphatic fertiliser ; except under the following conditions: j 1. Fertiliser for Top_Dre S sing: Far- : mers must, before 25th June, fill in and . send to their dealer a special form stating the supplies of fertiliser received : by them during the period Ist June, ■ 1939, to«3lst May, 1941, and stating also . their requirements for top-dressing for : the period Ist July. 1941, to 30th June, ’ 1942. This return will then be passed by the dealers concerned to the Primary Industries controller, who will ad- ; vise dealers what fertiliser will be : be. available to farmers for this purpose.
