After six months of adventure and dangers on the high seas, survivors of the liner Rangitane. sunk on 26th November in the South Pacific. have j reached their homes in England. Interviewed in her Leeds home to|day, one survivor, Mrs E. M. SutcliffeHev. said: "I am delighted to arrive in time for my son’s fifth birthday.” The Rangitane was attacked while or her way from New Zealand to England The raiders put the captive survivor: jon the South Sea island of Emirau from where they were rescued.
