i The Cobb hydro electric scheme was I ! the subject of an address to the Nelson ! Rotary Club at the Ritz to-day by Mr E R. McKenzie, of the Public Works Department. Rotarian President J. G. T ngram presided. The speaker was thanked on the motion of Rotarian Dr. jS. A. Gibbs. Mr H. R. Thomson was J a visitor to the club.
