ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS “ANTI-TYRANNY” Nelson): The successful candidates in the Wellington Harbour Board election were:—C. J. B. Norwood, 18,640; W. Appleton, 18,445: M. Fraser, 17,324: and H. L. Nathan, 16,487. R. McKeen 12,169 and C. H. Chapman 11.269 (Labour) lost their seats. Two other Labour candidates were T. Brindle 10,035, and J. Roberts 9456. TO SEVERAL CORRESPONDENTS We have received a number of letters containing sharp personal references to one or other of the candidates for election to the Nelson College Board ot Governors as parents' representatives!..
