GOLDEN GATE CLUB [U.P.A.—By Electric Telegraph-Copyright) (Received 13th February, 9.40 a.m.) OAKLAND (Californa), 12th February. A receiver has been appointed for the Golden Gate Club. Assets are two million dollars. The bankruptcy was due to incessant rains on all but five of the 33 days scheduled.
