PARCEL DAY, TO-MORROW Richmond residents are reminded that to-morrow is Victory Parcel Day for Richmond. A good shillingsworth is assured and prizes will be distributed at the Town Hall at 8 p.m. A Power Board Ball in the Town Hall will follow and the committee has made certain that this ball will be one of the most successful functions of the carnival.
