MR MORRISON’S TRIBUTE [British Official Wireless] (Received 2nd January, 10.57 am.) RUGBY, Ist January. Mr Morrison, Minister of Home Security sent the civil defence services a New Year’s message in which he assured them of the confidence which the public has learnt to repose in them. For the past few months the civil defence services have been in the forefront of the battle and they have discharged heavy tasks witll zeal and efficiency, he stated.
