USE OF MOTOR FIRMS
TO MAKE BOMBERS [U.PA.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] DETROIT, 30th December. The War Department Defence Commission has tentatively accepted plans for calling on the motor firms of General Motors, Chrysler, and Ford, each to accept responsibility for the production of parts and for sub-assemblies of one of three types of bombers.
