MOVE FOR IMPROVEMENT [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] LONDON, 27th December. Negotiations seeking to improve British and Soviet relations started when the Foreign Secretary, Mr Eden, conferred with M. Maisky at the Foreign Office. It is reported that they exchanged mutual assurances of their desire to improve relations.
