ATTEMPT TO SCUTTLE FRUSTRATED
[British Official Wireless] (Received 13th December, 10.20 a.m.) RUGBY, 12th December. The Admiralty, referring to a Netherlands warship’s capture of the Rhein, says that an attempt to scuttle the Rhein by her crew was frustrated by the prompt and gallant action of the Netherlands boarding party.
