ITALIAN CLAIM
FRENCH BATTLESHIP PARTLY DESTROYED l U P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright / (Received 3rd December, 1.30 p.m.) ROME, 2nd December. A communique issued to-night claims that Italian bombers partly destroyed the French battleship Lorraine during a raid on Alexandria on 30th November. Two other ships were set on fire and Customs depots destroyed.
