COTTON AND RUBBER PRICES [U.P.A.— By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] LONDON. 16th November. Friday's closing prices for the following raw materials were as follows, those for Bth November being shown in parentheses:— Cotton: Loverpool quotation, good American middling spot, 8.07 dlb (8.23 d). Rubber: Para. 13d a lb (12d); plantation smoked ribbed sheet, 12d a lb (113 d). Turpentine: Only small supplies are available. The value is reportedly about >ss a cwt in barrels.
