AOTEAROA ARRIVES FROM SYDNEY

AUCKLAND, 25th October. Tiie flying-boat Aotearoa arrived from Sydney early this afternoon after an uneventful trip of 7hr 55min. Captain Craig was in command. Among the 14 passengers were several who will leave by the Pan-American Clipper when she begins her north bound flight on Monday. They include Mrs H. Wood, an American, who will be the first woman to fly direct from Australia to the United States. Another passenger was M- E; Porcheron, New Caledonia. In addition to the passengers the Aotearoa earned more than 9001 b of mail and about 2501 b of freight.
