THAILAND AND INDO-CHINA lU.PA By Electric Telegraph—Copyneh., (Received 25th October, 11.30 a.m.) SHANGHAI. 24th October. According to semi-official Japanese sources here, French Indo-China authorities dispatched nearly 1000 troops to an area near the south-eastern border. Thailand forces are said to be digging trenches and building barricades. A fleet of three gunboats, five torpedoboats and several submarines is patrolling the Thailand coast.
