MEMBERS OF POLISH EMBASSY
ARRESTED AT BUCHAREST [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] LONDON, 23rd October. The Berlin radio says all members of the Polish embassy in Bucharest except the ambassador have been arrested. (Received 25th October, 10.0 a.m.) BUCHAREST, 24th October. Marshal Smigly-Rydz who took refuge in Rumania after the Germans had overrun Poland, has been arrested.
