POLISH TROOPS

Many thousands of Polish troops who fought with the French armies and the B.E.F. are now being reorganised in Britain, also a large number of Polish airmen with machines. General Sikorski saw Mr Churchill and discussed the absorption of the Poles in the British Army. Mr Churchill, Prime Minister, received General Sikorski, Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Army now in Bri- j tain. The two Prime Ministers discus- j sed the future status of the Polish army i and its role in this country. Full | agreement was reached on the basis of ; the most close collaboration in pursuing j the war to a victorious end.
