Sales included:— Bank of New South Wales, £24 14s; National Bank, £lO paid, £lO 10s; Com. Bank of Australia, 12s 4d; Associated News, 10s lid; Aus. Consolidated Industries, £1 11s 6d; Tooth and Co., £2 4s; Colonial Sugar, £42 12s 6d; Australian Gypsum, 15s; Gordon and Gotch, £1 14s 6d; Nestles, pref., £1 10s 3d. William Atkins. £1 Is 3d: Electrolytic Zinc, £2 3s: Woolworths, Ltd., 14s. MELBOURNE, 26th June. Sales on the Melbourne Stock Exchange to-day included:—Com. Banking Co. of Sydney, £l6 15s; Metropolitan Gas. £l2 15s: Emperor Mines, 9s 3d, Loloma, £1 2s Id. GOLD DREDGING [United Press Association] DUNEDIN, 26th June. For the period ended 19th June, the Molyneux Gold Dredging Company’s dredge recovered 103 oz in 75 hours. Because of the very low level at present of the Kakarau River the company’s dredgg has temporarily ceased operations, which will be resumed immediately river conditions permit.
