PRIZE WINNERS AT EUCHRE PARTY The aggregate prize winners at the end of the series of euchre parties (six in number) held at East Takaka in aid of the patriotic funds, were Mrs A. Hitchcock and Mr T. Baigent. Both of these residents have generously handed back the prizes for the next agregate of six nights. The winners of the evening’s tourney were Mrs J. Grant (first), Mrs R. Petterson (second); men: Messrs L. Winter and W. Brough. Mr L. J. Grant won the special competition. GOLDEN BAY FOOTBALL The following teams have been chosen to represent Tarakohe at the seven-a-side tournament on Saturday at Collingwood: Tarakohe A—Woolf, Coppell, C. Winter, Haase, Webber, Mitchell, Taylor. Tarakohe B—F. Grant, W. Fergusson, Cargill, Beattie, Kew, Organ, Wadsworth.
