WAIMEA COUNTY COUNCIL IYTOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Waimea County Council at its meeting to be held on the 14th day of June. 1940. to make and levy the following rates, namely: — 1. Under Section 1 20 of “The Counties Act, 1920.” and Section 51 of “The Rating Act. 1925.” a General Rate of One Penny (ld> in the £ upon the Capital Value of the whole of the rateable property within the County of Waimea. 2. —Under Section 52 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926,” and Section 51 of “The Rating Act. 1925.” a Hospital Rate of FiveTwelfths of One Penny (5-l2ths of Id) in the £ upon the Capital Value of the whole of the rateable property within the County of Waimea. 3.
