BULGARIA TO REMAIN A LOYAL MEMBER (Received 30th April, 1. p.m.) SOFIA. 29th April. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. Ivan Popoff, stated: “I do not see any immediate danger threatening our neighbours, but if danger appears Bulgaria will be a loyal member of the Balkan family and will do nothing to weaken the mutual confidence necessary for Balkan prosperity”
