END-OF-SEASON MATCHES OLD BOVS DEFEAT WAIMEA On the main wicket at Trafalgar Park on Saturday Old Boys seniors secured a six-point win over Waimea. Waimea, in reply to Old Boys’ total of 200, continuing with six down for 78 from the previous Saturday, reached 110 runs for their nine available wickets. J. Newman and' Stevens took the last three wickets at small cost. Batting again. Old Boys declared at the afternoon tea adjournment with five down for 90, of which Hall took four for 35 off pine overs. WAIMEA’S SENSATIONAL COLLAPSE Waimea (two short) collapsed in, their second innings for 22 runs, J. j Newman taking two for 9. Gray two ■ for 1 and A.
