MAGISTRATE’S COURT

Henry Edgar Adamson, convicted on a charge of being found drunk in a public place, was to-day fined 10s, costs 10s. by Messrs A. Goul< and E. R. Neale J.’sP. in the Magistrate’s Court. Senior Sergeant C. Petersen stated that it was Adamson’s third offence in the last six months, and he had been convicted only on Friday last for a similar offence. Charges of breach o' his prohibiticn order were pending. A statutory first offender for drunkenness was convicted and fined 10a, costs 10s.
