OUT ON STRIKE

WOOLPACK AND TEXTILE EMPLOYEES [United Press Association) FOXTON, This Day. When New Zealand Woolpack and Textiles resumed work after the Christmas vacation on Monday five employees were absent and their position were filled by the management. Last night the employees went out on strike, demanding the reinstatement of the five men and no work was done to-day. A meeting of employees was held locally this morning but their decision is not known.
