RESUMPTION OF RECRUITING [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] OTTAWA, Bt’' January. Recruiting for the Canadian active service force is being resumed to-day, with the object of bringing to full strength units of the second division and filling gaps in the first division reinforcements. Probably when the first division reaches the battle line, farther Canadians will be en route to England.
