UMBRELLA FROM A WRECK [U P A.-Ey Electric Telegraph-Copyright] COPENHAGEN. Ist January. Captain Sigurd Damgaard recovered from a hat-stand in an officers’ cabin of the British frigate Crescent wrecked at Loenstrup West Jutland, in 1808 the remains of a tophat and an umb >lla cemented together by marine deposits. Captain Damgaard is ap proaching the British Minister at Copenhagen with a view of presenting the trophy to Mr Chamberlain.
