20 YEARS* IMPRISONMENT [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] LONDON, 23rd November. John McCabe, one of the leaders of I.R.A. in England, was sentenced at Manchester to 20 years’ penal servitude on charges connected with explosives.
