50 MILES CHAMPIONSHIP ON SATURDAY HANDICAPS ANNOUNCED A 50 miles road cycling championship race from Nelson to Belgrove and back will be held on Saturday. This will be an opportunity for a try out for the team to compete in the Palmerston-North-Wellington race. The handicaps have been declared as follows: P. Parkes, F. Edwards, C. J. Brown. 24 minutes. E. Langley, C. Craig, M. Marks. F. Olsen. J. Cowman, 104 minutes. E. Mackie, B. Mead, J. Weir, 154 minutes. J. Smith. F. Palmer, C. Widdowsen, 19J minutes.
