M. LAVAL VISITING ROME
OPENING OF NEGOTIATIONS SURMISED (Received 26th August. 9.20 a.m.) LONDON. 25th August. The Paris correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that M. Laval has gone to Rome. It is surmised he is opening up some sort of negotiations. REPORT OF rOLES SHOOTING GERMANS (Received 26th August. 9.20 a.m.) MARISCH OSTRAU, 25th August. Germans report that Poles fatally shot seven Germans and one Czech at Bielitz.
