FRANCE WELL PREPARED
VIEWS OF GENERAL TERSHING NEW YORK, 18th August. General John Pershing (who lead the American troops in the Great War), interviewed on his return from abroad, said that if war comes France is very well prepared, the Army being in excellent shape.
