TIENTSIN BLOCKADE

The Hong Kong correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that the Japanese have carried out their threat to intensify the Tientsin blockade. They have closed all barriers, and electrified thirty-two miles of entanglemetns, permitting entrances but no exists from the British and French concessions.
