”THE LONE RANGER”
IDENTITY OF LEADING CHARACTER KEPT SECRET For the first time in the history of motion pictures, a film has bee** produced and released with out the identity of the leading character being known. In “The Lone Ranger” serial the “Lone Ranger's” face is masked throughout the picture. Not until the last few feet of the final episode does the audience see the features of the masked figure. Many times the identity of the villain in pictures has been kept unknown, but never before has the studio attempted to conceal the hero. In “The Lone Ranger” there are five leading men, any one of whom can be the star of the picture. They are all the same height, weight, and with similar characteristics. They are all seen in circumstances which might prove each cne as “The Lone Ranger.” Such a unique situation adds to the mystery and excitement of this unusual story. “The Lone Ranger” will keep any audience—children or adults —intensely interested from the first episode throughcut the entire picture.
