Particulars of the Government's bor- | rowing during the last financial year were sought in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon by Mr J. Hargest (National, Awarua), when hs asked the Acting Minister of Finance j (the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage) to make available particulars of the actual borrowing by the Goverrment during the year 1938-39. and of the source* from which the loan money was derived.
