BAND APPOINTMENT
(United Prenn Association) TIMARU, 13th June. Lieutenant W. H. Osborne, conductor of the Ashburton Silver Band, has been appointed conductor of the Timaru Municipal Band, of which he had charge for 10 years before taking over the Ashburton band two years ago.
