INTERVENTION IN SPAIN
GERMANY AND ITALY COMMITTEE NOT INFORMED HI P A -By Electric Telegraph-Cup* right (Received 13th June, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, 12th June. In the House of Commons, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr R. A. Butler, said that the Italian and German representatives on the Non-Intervention Committee had never indicated to the commiittee the information now divulged concerning intervention in Spain by Herr Hitler and Signor Mussolini. The British Government was well aware that intervention was occurring and had investigated every fact presented to it.
