NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE SOVIET (British Official Wireless] (Received 10th June. 10.35 a m.) RUGBY. 9. June. Mr W Strang. Councillor in the Foreign Office, is engaged in consultations with the authorities in London which may necessitate delaying his departure for Mo-cow until Monday. Sir Eric Phipps British Ambassador to France, who is spending a lew days in London called at the Foreign Office to-day, advantage being taken of his visit for consultations to the French attitude recaiding the negotiations.
