cast again. He is called upon to perform an emergency operation on a j child. Through the meddling of • | tow nswoman the child dies. The newspaper's allegations and tha / cxhorations of the child's mother whip the townsfolk into fury. A mob forms and sets out for William and Mis* Morley. bringing the drama to a power, ful and thrilling climax. "Outcast” was directed by Robert Florey with his usual tine feeling for the dramatic. William and Mis* Morley turn in excellent performances and Stone portrays one of the finest characterisations of his career. The cast also includes little Jackie Moran, clrild star of "Valiant Is the Word For i Carrie."
